The Shells Resort & Spa Phú Quốc, Phú Quốc

I had high hopes for this hotel, especially with its beautiful pool and outside area, but the overall experience left much to be desired. The service was incredibly poor, and although the location offered some peace and quiet, it felt off the beaten path for those looking to explore. Our room had several maintenance issues, which really detracted from the comfort I anticipated in a 5-star resort. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place after my experience.

The hotel has some appealing aspects, like spacious and well-maintained villas that provide a sense of privacy. We found the grounds clean and beautiful, but the service left much to be desired, particularly the dining experience which was slow and limited. Although we enjoyed the room and the initial check-in, the restaurant and staff interactions could use significant improvement.
